Fried Worms

Saunder’s energy has been very present since he departed.

He made his presence known to Avery and the Kerfoot family during a cabin weekend. On a Sunday morning they walked to the coffee shop a couple miles from the cabin. Avery noticed a dried earthworm in the shape of a question mark. She commented on it and as they reached the next sidewalk square her friend Elizabeth noticed a dried worm that formed an ‘S’ and in the next square Kate saw an ‘A’ and so on and so on…

Each square as they walked to the next and the next contained only one dried earthworm. Orderly, letter by letter, square by square Saunder spelled his name.

So cheeky, Saunder.
